Compounding

INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA produces a wide range of polymer grades suitable for compounding applications.  Our custom developed polyolefin resins and flakes (powders) are used by leading compounding companies to make products that are further engineered for applications as varied as color concentrates, wood-plastic composites, synthetic paper, and consumer, automotive and industrial parts.

Our polyethylene grades feature excellent processability while retaining properties important to end-use converters such as high rigidity, enhanced impact strength, and superior chemical resistance.  Our polypropylene impact copolymer grades feature a good balance of stiffness, impact and processability.  Our powder grades feature regular particle size distributions and fewer fines, allowing for easier incorporation and higher loading levels of fillers and additives, including pigments.
